Privacy notes

SenderReady is designed as a lightweight DNS checker. It queries publicly visible DNS records for the domain you enter and renders the result server-side.

What data is used

• The domain name you submit.
• Optional provider and DKIM selector hints that help improve discovery.
• Public DNS responses returned at the time of the request.

What SenderReady does not need

• No mailbox credentials
• No Gmail account access
• No message content
• No JavaScript trackers or external analytics are required for core functionality

Operational note

This MVP is intended for self-hosted deployment. Actual hosting logs, backups and retention depend on your web host and server configuration. If you deploy on Hostinger or another provider, review their logging and privacy settings separately.
